  3. Welcome to Cash 3! With this application you can 
  4. store, search, and analyze numbers drawn from the daily Cash 3 
  5. lotto. Below is a brief description of each option from the Main 
  6. Menu.
  7.  
  8. 1.) Add/Update Winning Sets - Use this button when you want to 
  9.     add or update numbers to your database.
  10.  
  11. 2.) Totals Report - Use this button to display the cumulative 
  12.     totals for all numbers in text or graphic view.
  13.  
  14. 3.) Display Winning Sets - Displays all sets of numbers that 
  15.     you have entered into your database.
  16.  
  17. 4.) Pairs Report - This button will display how many times 
  18.     numbers have been drawn with all other numbers.
  19.  
  20. 5.) Frequency Report - This button will show the frequency chart 
  21.     for the past 90 days for all numbers.
  22.  
  23. 6.) Ordinal Database Report - This button will show the number 
  24.     of times each number has been drawn in the 1st, 2nd, & 
  25.     3rd position.

  27. 7.) Odd/Even - This button creates a window with the following
  28.     information displayed:
  29.         1. Total Odd/Even numbers drawn
  30.         2. Percentage of Odd/Even numbers
  31.         3. Odd/Even Ratio (all drawings)
  32.         4. Odd/Even Ratio (past 5 drawings)

  34. 8.) % Repeating Numbers - This button will open a window that 
  35.     displays each numbers percentage chance to repeat based
  36.     on prior performance.

  39. 9.) Ordinal/Random Search - This button will present you with 
  40.     the 11 search engines you can use to search the database 
  41.     with.
  42.  
  43. 10.) Daily Numbers - Analyzes the database of previous drawings 
  44.     (selectable from the last 1 to 89 days) to identify
  45.     the hottest and coldest numbers!
  46.     Note: Requires a database to first contain at least 90
  47.     entries.
